Comments: I shall blame it on the moon...

My little red warning flags are flying right now too. A friend of my tried to commit suicide in college. On of the last things he did was to apologize to all of his ex-girlfriends for treating them badly. And when I say all I mean ALL. He asked me if I could remember any of the girls he dated in Jr. High. He wrote letters to all of them. A month later he came back home and took a bunch of sleeping pills.

So now I'm all super touchy feely about things like this, and probably to fault. I've seen lots of evidence which suggest that people just want to make ammends and don't have some dark underlying cause.

Yeah, now I've probably compounded the issue. Sorry. Don't let it get you down. :)

Oh and I should mention that my friend did not die. I guess I only sort of made that clear.

hmmm...that thought had crossed my mind. So far, here is the advice I have recieved:
write him back to acknowledge the apology
write him back just to tell him where I'm at in my life
ignore it and just know that I have made his heart ache for years
create a dummy e-mail account to write him, and delete it should he turn psycho...

those are the ones that I can think of...

if this was some cry for help, then what?
